Bending / Rolling
The process of bending metal according to the specified design.
End Notching
The process of cutting metal angles based on specific measurements, such as 45-degree angles and others.
Punching
The process of creating holes in the metal according to predetermined sizes.
Welding / Assembling
The process of joining several production components to form metal furniture structures.
Treatment
The immersion process using multiple chemical solutions to remove corrosion substances from the metal. This process is carried out in 7 stages (5 chemical treatments and 2 rinsing stages).
Powder Coating
The process of coating components by spraying powder paint for a strong and even finish.
QC & Repair
The final inspection process and defect repair by returning products to the previous production stage if necessary.
Packing
The packaging process using carton boxes for knockdown or assembled products, or plastic wrapping for set-up finished goods.
